Vegan chocolate okara cookies

As most of you, we use to brew our own oat milk and we always use the okara (the residual oat) to make cookies. They are healthy without fats or refined sugars. This time it’s all about chocolate ?

Ingredients:

  • 140 g okara
  • 150 g strength flour
  • 30g fat-free pure cocoa
  • 2 tsp bake powder
  • 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 90g pea protein (from MyProtein, you can replace it with 90 g of flour)
  • Medium banana (80g) mashed in 100 ml of oat milk
  • 50g Agave Syrup
  • 3 tsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia in 90 ml of water
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 orange zest

This dough is very sticky! Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Como muchos de vosotros, en casa solemos preparar nuestra propia leche de avena y solemos usar la okara para preparar galletas. Son sanas, sin grasas ni azúcar. Hoy el protagonista es el chocolate ?

Ingredientes:

  • 140 g de okara
  • 150 g harina de fuerza
  • 30g cacao puro
  • 2 cucharaditas polvos de hornear
  • 1 cucharadita bicarbonato sódico
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre
  • 90g proteína de guisante (de MyProtein, si no quieres usar, puedes sustituir por harina)
  • Plátano mediano (80g) batido en 100 ml leche de avena
  • 50g Sirope de Agave
  • 3 cucharaditas Stevia líquida
  • 1 cucharadita vainilla
  • 2 cucharadas chía en 90 ml agua
  • Jugo de 1 naranja
  • Ralladura de 1 naranja

La masa se queda muy pegajosa. Hornea 15 minutos a 200°C.
