Double chocolate oat cookies

Ingredients:
100 g ground oat flakes
70 g integral wheat flour
25 g fat-free pure cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
45 g ground chocolate chips
30 g soft olive oil
25 g agave syrup
4 tsp stevia
50 ml oat milk

Shape the cookies using a rolling pin and a mold. Make them thin (thickness less than 0’5 cm). Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

100 g copos de avena triturados
70 g harina integral
25g cacao puro desgrasado
Pizca de sal
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico
1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
45 g gotas de chocolate trituradas
30 g aceite de oliva suave
25 g sirope de agave
4 cucharaditas de stevia
50 ml leche de avena

Haz las galletas usando un rodillo y un molde. Hazlas delgadas (grosor máximo de 0’5 cm). Hornea a 180°C durante 10-15 minutos.
