Ingredients:

  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g integral spelt flour
  • 50 g fat-free pure cocoa
  • 50 g coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1 pear (170g)
  • 230 ml oat milk
  • 40 ml Agave Syrup
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 60 g Chocolate chunks

Bake at 180°C during 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • 200 g harina de fuerza
  • 150 g harina de espelta
  • 50 g cacao puro desgrasado
  • 50 g azúcar de coco
  • 1 cucharadita bicarbonato sódico
  • 1 1/2 cucharaditas polvo de hornear
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana
  • 1 pera (170g)
  • 230 ml leche de avena
  • 40 ml sirope de agave
  • 1 cucharadita de stevia
  • 60 g pepitas de chocolate

Hornear a 180°C durante 20 minutos o hasta que, al insertar un palillo en el centro, éste salga seco.
