Fit vegan banana bread

Ingredients:

  • 250 g strength flour
  • 60 g pea protein (MyProtein, it can be replaced for another source of protein or 60 g of flour)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 300g peeled banana
  • 125 ml oat milk
  • 3 tsp stevia
  • 50 ml Agave Syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp of water

Bake for 30-40° at 200°C.

  • 250 g harina de fuerza
  • 60 g proteína de guisante (MyProtein, se puede sustituir por otro y por de proteína o por 60g de harina)
  • 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 300g banana
  • 125 ml leche de avena
  • 3 cucharaditas de stevia
  • 50 ml sirope agave
  • 1 cucharada de lino + 3 cucharadas de agua

Hornear 30-40 minutos a 200°C.
