Vegan nutella

Ingredients:

  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp fat-free pure cocoa
  • 50 g Agave syrup
  • 3-4 tsp stevia (at taste)
  • 4-5 tbsp oat milk (or other plant-based milk)

Toast the hazelnuts at 180°C for 10 minutes. Rub the hazelnuts with a rag to peel them. Grind until they turn into hazelnut butter.

Mix all ingredients together.

Store in the fridge for one week.

Ingredientes:

  • 150 g avellanas
  • 2 cucharadas cacao puro desgrasado
  • 50 g sirope de agave
  • 3-4 cucharaditas stevia (al gusto)
  • 4-5 cucharadas leche de avena (u otro tipo de leche vegetal)

Tostar las avellanas a 180°C durante 10 minutos. Pelarlas con ayuda de un trapo. Triturar hasta que parezca mantequilla de avellanas.

Mezclar todos los ingredientes.

Guardar en nevera por una semana.
