Ingredients for 10 bars (65g/bar, 12g protein/bar):

  • 200g granola
  • 2 scoops pea protein (neutral flavor, from My Protein)
  • 1 scoop soy protein (neutral flavor, from My Protein)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 60g pitted dates
  • 20g dry red cranberries
  • 50g finely chopped 70% dark chocolate
  • 150ml orange juice
  • 100ml water
  • 40g tahini
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 1 orange zest
  1. Mix all ingredients and make a rectangle shape on a oven sheet on a oven tray.
  2. Bake 15 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Let it cool before cutting your bars.

Ingredientes para 10 barritas (65g/barrita, 12g proteína/barrita):

  • 200g granola
  • 2 cazos proteína de guisante (sabor neutro, de My Protein)
  • 1 cazo proteína de soja (sabor neutro, de My Protein)
  • Pizca de sal
  • 60g dátiles deshuesados
  • 20g arándanos rojos secos
  • 50g chocolate negro 70% cortado a pedacitos
  • 150ml zumo de naranja
  • 100ml agua
  • 40g tahin
  • 2 cucharaditas stevia
  • Ralladura de 1 naranja
  1. Mezcla todo y haz una forma rectangular en la bandeja del horno.
  2. Hornea 15 minutos a 200°C.
  3. Deja enfriar antes de cortar las barritas.
